The V.2 edition of the ABANDONED FACTORY / Industrial railway zone package ships with two complete levels and a dense set of industrial assets. When you drop it into a project, the first thing you notice is that the scene is already assembled. No blank gray room, no scattered boxes to place by hand. Two weather states, one Eastern European setting

The package includes two separate levels, each with a different mood. One uses sunny weather; the other goes for a cloudy, gloomy atmosphere. Both demo levels mirror the screenshots and videos, so what you see in the preview media is exactly what you get in the viewport. The abandoned factory complex itself is set in the east of Europe, and that location shows up in the building style, the railway infrastructure, and the general sense of aging industrial architecture.

Because the levels are complete scenes, they can serve as a starting point for a game level, a cinematic background, or a base for further environment dressing. The sunny level offers clean daylight exposure for reading the geometry; the gloomy level shows how far the mood can shift with lighting and atmosphere alone.

Buildings you can walk into, assembled from modular pieces

Most of the structures in the factory complex are modular. That means the buildings and their sections can be rearranged, extended, or duplicated to create different layouts. More importantly for gameplay, the buildings can be entered. The floor, walls, and interiors are modeled as actual usable space, not just facades. This makes the environment suitable for titles that rely on indoor navigation, sprint-through-levels, or objective-based exploration.

Since the scene is delivered as shown, you can also treat it as a pre-assembled base and swap modular segments in or out. The same modularity helps when you need to block out alternate factory wings or add a new container courtyard next to the railway zone. The asset tag set reads like an inventory of the zone: hangar, container, truck, train, military, gas, and postapocalyptic descriptors all appear there. Vertex-painted roads, floors, and crushed stone

UV lighting maps and switching from LOD to Nanite

All models in the package include a UV lighting map. That gives you flexibility when placing the assets in different projects and game engines, because the lighting information is stored in a way that can be reused or converted for your particular pipeline.

The LOD system is active by default, but if your project supports high-density geometry, you can switch each model to the Nanite system in its settings. The change takes a couple of mouse clicks per model. This is a useful workflow when you want to keep performance on lower-end machines with LODs, then flip to full-detail Nanite rendering for cinematic sequences or on machines that handle it.
