DMCA Policy
3DCGHUB respects copyright concerns and provides a clear process for reporting listings, links, or media that may require review.
Purpose of This Page
3DCGHUB is a free resource index. We organize resource information for discovery and review, and we take copyright-related reports seriously.
This page explains how copyright owners or authorized representatives can submit a takedown notice for material or links appearing on 3DCGHUB.
Where to Send a Notice
Send DMCA notices to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Notice.
If your report involves multiple pages, include each 3DCGHUB URL separately so the review can be handled accurately.
What to Include
Identify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or provide a representative list if multiple works are involved.
Identify the material or link on 3DCGHUB that you want reviewed, including the exact page URL and enough detail for us to locate it.
Provide your name, company if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Include your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We review notices manually and may remove, hide, disable, or update the reported listing, link, image, or access path when appropriate.
If a notice is incomplete, we may ask for the missing information before taking action.
Repeat or abusive submissions may be deprioritized if they do not provide enough information to identify the material at issue.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, contact [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice.
A counter-notice should identify the affected material, provide your contact details, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, and include your physical or electronic signature.
Important Notes
Submitting false or misleading information can have legal consequences.
This page is provided for operational handling of copyright reports and is not legal advice.
For formal DMCA safe-harbor administration, a service provider may also need to maintain a designated agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office.
