Assembling Atmospheric Cemetery and Monastery Grounds

Constructing dark outdoor environments alongside weathered stone interiors often requires juggling mismatched prop packs that disrupt scene consistency.

Graveyard and Nature Set solves this cohesion challenge by providing a unified environment creation kit built from 762 distinct assets. Developed by Nature Manufacture, who has been building game and app assets since 2014, the collection brings together modular cemetery structures, monastery interior pieces, terrain assets, and detailed props. Creators can snap together modular walls, windows, and roofs to erect standalone mausoleums, enclosed crypts, or crumbling boundary fences across rolling hills and steep cliffs. Because the architectural pieces share visual language with the surrounding environment rocks and earth formations, building cohesive horror scenes or historical churchyards becomes a straightforward assembly process rather than a constant texturing compromise.

Photoscanned Props and Dead Tree Foliage Systems

Populating a burial ground requires hundreds of micro-details to make the final layout look organic, neglected, and steeped in history.

The asset collection includes high-quality sculpted and photoscanned models covering every fixture expected in a realistic or fantasy graveyard. Level designers have access to individual graves, worn coffins, ornate stone crosses, sculpted statues, candleholders, gargoyles, and lit candles to dress both open-air gravesites and interior monastery vaults. Surrounding the stone monuments is a dedicated set of natural foliage elements prepared specifically for scattering across the scene. These include dense bushes, exposed root trees, and stark dead trees designed to evoke decay, rot, and quiet isolation. Together, the dead vegetation and photoscanned masonry provide the primary dressing needed to stage undead battlegrounds, abandoned burial grounds, or misty forest cemeteries.

Sculpted Assets with LOD Billboards and Tesselated Landscapes

Large exterior scenes filled with dense foliage and heavy stonework can rapidly exhaust frame budgets if distant geometry is handled poorly.

Performance is managed through comprehensive Level of Detail (LOD) hierarchies across the pack. Large-scale models such as whole buildings, mature trees, statues, and imposing rocks are configured with billboard meshes as their final LOD stage. This approach guarantees that expansive silhouettes, distant church towers, and brooding forest tree lines remain visible from faraway vantage points without retaining unnecessary polygon overhead. Ground surfaces are powered by a dedicated tesselated landscape material, which includes its own LOD setup. The displacement delivers realistic depth to dirt paths, muddy tracks, and rocky hillsides near the camera while progressively simplifying calculations across distant landscape contours.

Vertex Paint Workflows and Material Atlas Variants

Broad stone surfaces and repetitive modular walls quickly break player immersion if they display identical texture tiling.

The materials throughout this set feature multiple visual variants and native support for vertex painting. Artists can blend layers across surfaces to simulate pooling moisture, moss accumulation, dirt build-up, or age-worn stone directly on modular wall panels, mausoleum roofs, and cliff faces. Texture atlases range from 2048x2048 up to 4096x4096 resolutions, delivering sharp PBR surface definition across photorealistic stone, weathered wood, and metallic candleholders. By combining high-resolution texture atlases with vertex paintable shaders, developers can use the same modular building blocks across different sections of an environment while ensuring each structure retains distinct surface characteristics.

Staging Fantasy, Horror, and Natural Environments

Asset utility relies heavily on whether pieces can transition across distinct scene types without looking out of place.

The included models accommodate several distinct visual applications, spanning grounded historical monasteries, stylized dark fantasy ruins, and outright horror spaces. For productions already utilizing the Meadow - Environment Set, this collection functions as a direct atmospheric extension, transforming tranquil clearings into somber burial sites or neglected chapels. Whether laying out a tight indoor crypt sequence lit by solitary candles or plotting an expansive hillside dotted with graves, dead roots, and crumbling gargoyles, production teams can construct complete narrative environments using a singular, deeply populated library of sculpted assets.
