Setting Up the Robbery Scenario

Creating a functional stealth or assault scenario requires environments that support guard patrol routes, secure access points, and strategic entryways. The POLYGON - Heist Pack provides the modular stylized components necessary to construct detailed banks, jewelry stores, and office spaces. Developed by Synty Studios, the package focuses heavily on the structural and interactive elements of a robbery operation, enabling developers to build levels where players can either execute a silent vault infiltration or engage in a full-scale raid. With 251 unique assets, the collection covers the entire progression of a heist, from the initial exterior approach to the interior security systems and the inevitable law enforcement response.

Constructing Modular Bank and Jewelry Store Layouts

The foundation of the pack lies in its modular environmental architecture. Level designers can utilize 22 unique interior and exterior walls to assemble customized building footprints. These modular pieces allow for the creation of multi-story financial institutions, supported directly by the inclusion of a second floor and balcony rail assets. This multi-level capacity is crucial for designing vantage points, elevated security rooms, and complex guard patrol timetables.

To flesh out these structures, the pack includes specific focal areas like a modular bank atrium and a dedicated modular jewelry store. The interior spaces can be populated with a variety of office props, including seven distinct desks and tables, four types of chairs and couches, and a teller's desk that serves as the primary interaction point for the main banking floor. Additional environmental dressing comes in the form of three plant variations, four flags, and three bank signs to establish a corporate aesthetic. Five document props add another layer of potential objective retrieval, perfect for corporate espionage or specific target acquisition within the modular offices.

Bypassing Security and Infiltrating the Modular Bank Vault

For the primary objective, developers can construct a highly secure modular bank vault. This central high-value area is fortified by a heavy vault door and lined with individual deposit boxes. Access to these secure zones can be gated by the included security systems. The environment can be monitored by the security camera asset, while entryways can be bottlenecked using two metal detector models. These elements force players to carefully navigate the environment to avoid triggering the panic button.

A successful heist requires specialized gear, and the pack delivers heavily on character customization and operation-specific props. Players and the included unique characters can be outfitted using 25 unique masks, allowing for distinct crew identities, randomized enemy appearances, or player-selected disguises during the preparation phase of a robbery.

Once inside the vault or jewelry store, the objective shifts to securing the assets. The package contains 12 different variations of money notes and stacks, alongside 10 distinct pieces of jewelry. To extract these valuables, characters can utilize five variations of duffel bags and two briefcases. If the crew needs to bypass locked doors or access the deposit boxes directly, 12 unique tools are available to support picking, cutting, or drilling interactions. For smaller-scale robberies, an ATM machine is also provided as a secondary target within the public-facing banking floor.

Escalation: Weapons and Law Enforcement Vehicles

When a stealth approach fails and the alarm is raised—perhaps by a civilian reaching the panic button or a player walking through the metal detectors with unholstered equipment—the scenario shifts into open conflict. The POLYGON - Heist Pack anticipates this transition by supplying a comprehensive arsenal and a fleet of response vehicles.

The weapon roster consists of nine unique firearms and tactical explosives, specifically tailored for close-quarters interior fighting and exterior standoffs. The arsenal includes two assault rifles, a shotgun, two pistols, an SMG, and a sniper rifle for covering the street from the second-floor balcony rail. For crowd control or tactical breaches, a flashbang and a smoke grenade are also included. To sustain prolonged firefights during a raid, the environment can be seeded with two types of ammo packs and two medkit variations.

The law enforcement presence is heavily represented by three unique response vehicles. A standard Police Car serves as the initial responder to the scene, while escalating threat levels can trigger the arrival of a heavily armored SWAT Van and an airborne Police Helicopter. These stylized vehicles help establish a perimeter, serve as mobile cover for arriving officers, and visually communicate the increasing difficulty of the encounter.

Utilizing the Demo Scene and Texture Variations

Flexibility in level design is further supported by the texture system applied across the package. The 251 unique environmental and prop assets, along with the three unique vehicles and nine unique weapons, each feature four alternative texture color variations. This alternative coloring allows developers to easily differentiate between rival heist crews, distinct security firms, or multiple bank branches within the same stylized city, all without needing to author new materials from scratch. The x4 alternative variations for the weapons and vehicles specifically allow for distinct gang colors or specialized police department liveries.

For teams looking to understand how the modular bank, offices, and vault systems snap together, a complete demo scene is included. This pre-built layout demonstrates the optimal placement of the interior and exterior walls, the integration of the balcony rails, and the strategic positioning of the vault door and security cameras. It serves as a practical blueprint for constructing stealth and raid environments using the low-poly Polygon aesthetic, allowing developers to immediately test guard timetables, access codes, and patrol routes within a fully realized robbery location.
