The kit includes architectural components for constructing hospital wards, operation rooms, and common areas. Vertical navigation is addressed through dedicated staircase and elevator assets, allowing for the development of multi-floor layouts. To increase environmental interactivity, the models for windows and doors are built with the capability to be opened, supporting basic gameplay or simulation mechanics.

The package also includes an adjacent territory for exterior context, ensuring that the transition from outside the clinic to the interior rooms remains visually consistent. The modular nature of the building allows for custom configurations of corridors and specialized rooms, tailored to the specific spatial requirements of a project.

Specialized Medical and Surgical Equipment

The asset collection is heavily focused on specialized medical hardware, providing the necessary tools to populate various departments of a hospital. For surgical and emergency scenarios, the kit includes surgical tables, anesthesia machines, operating lamps, and various droppers and drop counters. There are also specific items for patient transport and support, such as medical beds, sit wheelchairs, and transfusion equipment.

Diagnostic and laboratory spaces are supported by high-complexity models like the Tomograph and X-ray machines. Additionally, the collection features a dedicated suite of dental equipment, including a dental machine, drill, dental stand, and dental chair. Smaller clinical tools such as tweezers, knives, and scissors are included to round out the medical inventory, alongside specialized furniture like recirculators and laboratory chairs.

Furniture and Administrative Assets

Beyond the clinical tools, the package provides a full range of furniture for administrative and patient areas. The reception area can be furnished with dedicated reception desks, office tables, and chairs. For patient comfort and waiting areas, the kit includes five types of tables, three sofa variations, two armchairs, benches, and stools. Storage solutions are varied, featuring cupboards, cabinets, racks, and wardrobes to organize clinical supplies or office materials.

The administrative side is further detailed with a variety of technical props. These include essential office electronics such as PCs, monitors, keyboards, printers, and notebooks. For communication and utility, the pack provides phones, clocks, security cameras, and cashboxes. Even breakroom or staff area items are accounted for, such as kettles and microwaves.

Environmental Detail and Miscellaneous Props

To create a believable medical environment, the resource includes a large selection of miscellaneous items that add environmental storytelling and realism. This ranges from basic sanitation items like sinks, soap dishes, and toilet brushes to facility essentials like fire extinguishers, ventilation components, and trash bins. Smaller clutter items such as chancellery, trays, paper, napkins, and boxes help fill out desks and storage rooms.

The pack also includes more specific props to define the atmosphere of the clinic, such as posters, flowers, and plants for decoration. For specific simulation or narrative needs, the collection even features a corpse model and various medical bottles. These assets allow for the creation of lived-in spaces that range from pristine modern clinics to more cluttered or emergency-focused environments.

Character Models and Technical Specifications

Population of the medical scenes is handled by included character models for both doctors and patients. These characters are fully rigged and designed to work with Mecanim systems. While the pack does not include pre-made animations, it provides 12 unique poses for the characters to help set up static scenes or initial states. This allows for immediate placement of staff and patients within the clinic wards or operation rooms.

On a technical level, the collection consists of 102 unique models, which expand into 162 prefabs. The geometric complexity is scalable, with simple models starting at 100 polygons and more complex medical machinery reaching up to 48,000 polygons. The visual quality is maintained through 320 PBR textures. Texture resolutions are provided in multiple sizes, ranging from 512x512 to 4096x4096. The texture maps include Albedo, Normal, Metallic, and Occlusion (for select models), and all assets are UV mapped for consistent material application across the modular set.
