How To Disable Material/Rain Effects:
1) Find the building you would like to disable rain effects for click the mesh inside the blueprint and open the material that is assigned to that mesh. From there simply disable the “Add rain” switch
2) To Disable Rain particle effects:
Search for “P_RainStorm” in the outliner (Top right corner) and simply delete or hide all of them.
